Insurance & Coverage

Be sure to check your coverage by calling your provider and asking the following questions:


Do I have  benefits for counselling?


Am I covered to see a psychologist or social worker?


How many sessions does my plan cover in a year?


What is total coverage per therapy session?


Do I need prior approval from my benefit provider?


Is the counsellor I want to see registered as a provider with my insuring body?

We offer counselling services for children and youth (aged 4-17 years) for a range of issues, including: Anxiety; depression; sexual abuse; bullying; suicidal thoughts; self-harm; eating disorders; dating violence; and self-esteem (not inclusive)

Addiction Services
